Fischer's Pumpkin Patch

We had a busy and fun weekend....and I have some pictures of our time spent at the pumpkin patch.  We went on Friday evening to Fischer's Pumpkin Patch, which is located right outside of Jefferson City in the Missouri River valley.

Cute boy getting ready to get out of the car

Picked a wagon and headed to the field
We stopped for a quick picture- right before he jumped off of there :) He wanted to be in the wagon.

Lots of pumpkins!

Daddy picked a good one!

After going out to the field and picking our pumpkin, we came back to look at the animals in the barn.  Cooper was interested in looking at them-- but it was crowded at the moment, and he just wanted to walk around, so we didn't stay in the barn very long.  They had goats, pigs, horses, a cow, chicks, and a rabbit.  Several people also had their dogs with them, and Cooper loves dogs.  As he looked at the animals, he kept saying "daw" (dog) and making either "cack cack" (quack quack) or "moww" (meow) sounds.

We tried to take a picture in the giant chair....and this is about as good as we could get.

I thought Cooper would enjoy playing in the corn box, but he didn't quite know what to think and didn't stay in very long.

"What am I sitting in?"
"I'm out of here"
We bought our pumpkin (and a few more smaller ones) and checked out.  We took a few more pictures and then left.  We missed the hayride leaving, and weren't sure how often they were doing hayrides.  We also opted to not do the huge corn maze, but we enjoyed our time at the pumpkin patch!  If you are in the Jeff City area, you should check out Fischer's!
